Campsite with wellness area and indoor & outdoor pools in South Tyrol

As our guests, you are the happy owner of the “HolidayPass” guest card for the duration of your stay. With this you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol for free all year round.

During the summer season, we offer 3 guided hikes per week. During the winter season, there are 3 guided winter hikes per week as well as a free shuttle service to the Nordic Arena Dobbiaco and the ski train.

We present our Ski room to you including Ski boot dryer and Ski preparation equipment for free.

For the consumption of electric current on the pitches we calculate € 0.80 per kWh.

Our fantastic playground, indoor play area, heated children’s pool with slide (in summer), and animal park make your kids’ holiday an unforgettable experience.

From December 2025, you can also look forward to a new highlight: our modern indoor wellness area with a heated swimming pool, contemporary Finnish sauna, cosy outdoor relaxation area, and a lobby with an integrated snack bar.
Use of the indoor pools, wellness area, and lodge sauna is subject to a fee, while access to the outdoor swimming pool is free of charge.

For the bike fans among you, we have a selection of mountain bikes and e-bikes on offer that you can rent for a daily fee.

For your e-bike there are enough charging optionsto re-charge the batteries.

There’s also good news for your electric car’s batteries: at the charging stations you can charge your vehicle in an environmentally friendly and convenient way, so you can go exploring again the next day.

Free fast Wi-Fi throughout the entire site

You will find our supermarket on the premises with everything you could want for your camping holiday and for everyday use.

Our restaurant/pizzeria “Samyr” and in summer “Baita” with snacks, ice cream and drinks ensure that your culinary desires are fulfilled.

A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the shared laundry room for a small fee.

The pitch is available from 3:00 p.m. and must be cleared on departure by 12:00 p.m. The pitch must be occupied between 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.; if this does not happen, the management will assign the pitch otherwise on the following day.
The departure for the holiday apartments and lodges however, must take place by 10:30 a.m.

The arrival and departure dates must be established when making the reservation and cannot be changed. We reserve the right to make reservations based on availability.

The pitch is allocated by the management, taking into account the wishes of the guests wherever possible. However, we cannot guarantee that every guest will be assigned exactly the pitch that they want.

If the pitch you have reserved is available before your arrival or after your planned departure, it is easily possible to extend your stay. On the other hand, if the pitch is reserved after your scheduled departure, it is your duty to leave it.

… are very welcome at the campsite. We charge between € 3.50 and € 8.00 per day for their stay (without food). We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed to accompany you on holiday in the lodges and holiday apartments.

We ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the lodges and holiday apartments as well as in all other closed buildings.

Prices are per night based on a standard occupancy of 2 people.

The price does not include the municipal tourist tax, which must be paid on departure for all guests aged 14 and over. This amounts to € 2.70 per night and person on the campsite and € 3.20 per night and person in the holiday apartments and lodges.

There is a small additional charge for our wellness services and for the new indoor pool. Here you can see the prices in detail:

The use of the outdoor pools In summer, of course, is free.

Children up to the age of 2.99 stay free of charge.
From 3 to 11.99 years old you pay a reduced price for your children.

Your booking is only confirmed once we have received the deposit we have requested of 25% of the total amount.
We ask you to transfer the requested amount to our bank account.

You can also make a postal transfer.

If you cancel up to 21 days before arrival, we will refund you 95% of the amount paid.
If you cancel between 14 and 21 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of the deposit back.
If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, we will keep the deposit transferred.

In case of early departure, the entire reserved stay must be paid.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance when making your reservation.
